San Francisco Bay Area Alumni Group

The emphasis of the evening is to update alumni and share information about:

1. Global developments by new Vice Chancellor David Eastwood to raise the profile of Birmingham University.
2. Initiatives under way in the USA to develop cooperative research and other activities with specific US Universities,
3. Plans being developed by the Foundation Board to provide scholarships for selected US graduates to study at Birmingham,
4. Information on Birmingham University Alumni family in the USA. How many of us, where we are.
5. Other activities and ideas of your US Foundation Board.

The reception will be a perfect opportunity for alumni to meet and network with your fellow Bay Area alumni as well as Foundation Board members.
